1. Who processes personal data?

2. What data is processed and why?
When you contact us, we may process your name, contact details, messages and documents you voluntarily send to assess prices, arrange, prepare and deliver translations, keep required business records and meet legal obligations. Documents may contain personal or particularly sensitive information about other people. Please send only what is needed for an enquiry or order.
3. Viber, WhatsApp and email
Using Viber or WhatsApp also involves the respective providers and their privacy terms. If Viber does not open, you may copy the phone number. Email is handled through the relevant email service provider. Avoid sending highly sensitive documents until an appropriate delivery method has been agreed.
4. Hosting and technical information
The official website is hosted at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich; a development version is also available through Cloudflare Pages. Access may involve processing IP addresses, access times, requested pages and browser details to deliver and secure the website. Google Fonts are loaded, which may send technical data to Google servers. Actual server-log retention periods and recipients must be confirmed.
5. Google Ads and consent
Google Ads measurement of WhatsApp clicks on the official domain is used only when a visitor accepts optional tracking. Without consent the Google Ads script is not loaded. You may decline tracking or change your choice later through Privacy settings. A contact-button click does not prove that a message was sent or a service ordered. Tracking is disabled on test domains.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, communications and delivery providers as needed. Use of WhatsApp, Viber, Google Fonts or Google Ads may involve processing outside Montenegro. Specific recipients and transfer safeguards must be verified against the services actually used.
7. Retention and deletion
Photos and copies of documents received for translation are deleted promptly after completion from directly managed devices and records, except where law requires retention. This does not automatically delete copies held by Viber, WhatsApp, email providers or backups. Statutory business records are retained for the applicable legal periods.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request information, access, correction or deletion where appropriate, and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Contact us using the email address above.
